Very Easy Health Bread
500 ml flour
250 ml crushed wheat/ oats/ Brekwheat
250 ml muesli/ bran/ wheatgerm etc
5 ml salt
7 ml bicarb
125 ml mixed seeds, e.g. sunflower, sesame, pumpkin, linseed or poppy
500 ml plain yoghurt/ milk
30 ml honey/ molasses/ golden syrup
30 ml melted butter/ oil
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix yoghurt, honey and oil.
Add the liquid to dry ingredients and mix well to form a stiff batter.
Bake in well-greased loaf tin at 180 deg C for 45 min to an hour.

Sorry, the image is probably not very appealing, but the bread tastes great! I had a slice this morning topped with tomato paste, mixed herbs, cheese and S&P, then grilled for a few minutes: delish!
I got this recipe from my great friend, Jacqueline... My favorite recipes are the ones that require two minutes of prep, and an hour cooking time: win!
By the way, i had to leave the bread in for a bit longer than an hour, probably because I used yoghurt, not milk. Even out of the oven it was a bit soft inside, but it tasted fine.
