The Blue Lake, Mount Gambier, Australia
A surf school
an apple core?
Definitely an iconic image when you think of Australia's countryside...
Onions from someone's onion farm, in the garage.
I know people who live in coastal areas consider them a menace, but they're still pretty...

Great images Shona! Love the blues in the first one! Did you try any surfing? Yes, you're right, it does look like an apple core. I love windmills like that. You see them all over the farming communities in Canada too. Those onions look hairy. ha ha! Not a fan of seagulls around here. They just make a mess of everything!
Thanks for sharing more great pix!
Thank you Becky. No, I am deathly afraid of large expanses of water, so I'm not likely to be drawn into something as life-threatening as surfing! I love the windmills too.
Now there's a thought: hairy onions. I'll have to ask the farmer if it's a new breed, lol.
And I still like seagulls ;)
